• Any product product from 101Knots.com can be returned or exchanged by intimating us by email or what’s app within  three days of receiving the product, provided it is returned unused and still has the label and the MRP tag in its original state.

• We will also offer exchange if the size is incorrect or the product does not match the item ordered.

• Garments that are found to be worn or damaged will not be expected for return and exchange.

• Products are eligible for return and exchange if the product has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and email us the same.

• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Refunds on return will only be initiated within 7 working days when we receive back the product in intact condition as stated above.

• No Return of Customisation

• We do Customisation of a garment  at 101 Knots.com. We assume that you have agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order as the order is specially handcrafted for you once an order is placed we do not offer an exchange or return however in case of alteration we will be happy to assist you
